54) PLANETARY GEARBOX
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used as a planetary gearbox in various vehicles. A planetary gearbox is known, containing input and output shafts, two controllable clutches, two controllable brakes and two planetary rows, including each sun gear, carrier with satellites and an epicyclic, in which the sun gears of both rows are connected between through one of the coupling couplings connected to the input shaft, the carrier of the first row is connected with one of the brakes and through the other coupling coupling connected with the input shaft, the epicicle of the second row is connected with another brake, and the carrier of the same row is connected with the epicyclic first of all And with the output shaft 1. The planetary gearbox is additionally equipped with a third controlled clutch and a free wheel mechanism, which connect the input shaft with the carrier of the second and third rows, respectively.

Planetary gearbox works as follows.
With the inclusion of two controls, the links of the planetary rows are connected and a certain kinematic scheme, which provides the appropriate gear ratio.
So, for example, when the ratio of the numbers of teeth of an epicycle and sun gear of the first stage is K 84/28, and of the second and third stages K K, 78/36, the resulting gear ratios and the included controllable elements are shown in Table. one.
The presence of a free-running mechanism 9 in the circuit ensures a smooth transition from direct transmission to any accelerating transmission when the clutch 5 is engaged.
